I am a second-year fashion marketing student currently planning on a placement year starting in summer 2020 in the fields of Marketing and PR. My proactive nature has given me existing experience in these sectors, which has made me well-versed in the luxury fashion and events industries and has built my confidence in networking, opening numerous opportunities for me. Examples of this include working with luxury PR company ‘PR Consulting’ with their Paris team on press days and events where I was exposed to European luxury fashion markets.
Sustainability is something I have had a strong interest in since my time at school and my creative background deriving from my art foundation at Central Saint Martins and Fashion Marketing course has allowed me to be exposed to this within the creative industry. This creative approach differentiates me and my open-minded yet diligent work ethic is something I can bring to your partners.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: Once I complete my course, I plan on bringing my extensive skills and knowledge to the area of luxury sustainable fashion with a long-term view of going into supply chain management. I want to push sustainable fashion and its processes in both social and environmental fields, with the key knowledge that economic aspects have equal importance.
- What type of experience are you hoping to gain through Future Fashion Factory?: At present I am already in the process of sorting out internships for the forthcoming year, however I am open and eager for these opportunities with the Future Fashion Factory. I want to expose myself more to this specialised field and network with people who share the same passions and interest with me, to build a network that can work together to make the global fashion industry a more sustainable place. I am keen for any work experience available to me and am very interested in factory visits, fabric sourcing and general marketing processes involved in the Future Fashion Factory, being able to sit in on meetings about key projects with a view of giving my unique input would also be a great opportunity.
