I am a multidisciplinary person and a self-learner who is always looking for new knowledge and experiences. I am goal-driven and passionate about sustainable development. I am also very interested in interactive and engaging data to transmit knowledge.
I have two years’ work experience, as a Market Intelligence Analyst within the technical textiles sector. My key duties over the two years included; developing competitive market and company intelligence reports to identify key areas of opportunities and issues in the technical textiles market; present findings and analysis via reports, articles and webinars; product owner for the protective textiles intelligence channel and liaising with external contributors and customers for the development of a content pipeline for protective textiles channel. It was my experience within the technical textiles sector, that that sparked my interest in circular textiles and fashion.
Further, for my master’s research project, I have chosen to investigate the role of circular business models, in reducing the contribution of textiles to landfills globally. Through my research, I aim to understand how technology and cross-industry collaboration can accelerate the transition from linear to circular business models.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: I wish to pursue a career within circular fashion, to further accelerate the transition of the global economy from linear to circular.
- What type of experience are you hoping to gain through Future Fashion Factory?: As a student member of the Future Fashion Factory, I look forward to opportunities to network with organisations and individuals with similar interests. I would also be interested in collaborating with and interviewing organisations for my dissertation project.
