• What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: We are advocating for change in fabric buying behaviour. We plan to collaborate with forward thinking digital and tech platforms to enable brands and manufacturers to trace their excess in real time. We are also introducing soil to soil fabrics into our collection, we encourage brands to minimise production due to its high environmental impact, and to use the materials already in circulation. However we wish for an industry whereby the textiles produced are ethical and kind to the planet and people.
• What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: We want to collaborate across multiple industries, from tech, logistic specialists to waste management. We want to work with tech and digital companies to explore ways that we can reduce the harmful outputs from production by minimising waste during the design process. Although we operate across the fashion industry, our client base are also from the interiors, entertainment and creative industries.
