  • What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: Hoping to move sideways within the industry and build upon my experience and knowledge of design for sustainability in order to contribute to innovation and reformation of our industry; to achieve practical solutions to longevity in garments and circularity solutions.
  • What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: Collaborating with forward-thinking companies who are striving to become more sustainable with their systems, materials and processes. Consulting on these areas and/or developing pattern and product design or packaging for them. Looking for organisations who may be interested in furthering my knowledge in sustainability with a focus on committing to, developing and facilitating their company interests, for example chemistry related Masters Degrees, Research PhDs, apprenticeships etc. Helping to develop long-term value within the processes and supply chains used by organisations- learning about and integrating new technologies into the industry that prevent loss of valuable materials and encourage closed-loop systems. Working alongside organisations to enhance durability of garments, user values in products and increase their longevity- learning more about and influencing the psychology behind consumerism. Ethnography. Studying and developing new materials, dyes and printing techniques.
