Icaruus Ltd
Make on demand clothing for brands, bands and teams. We help guide through the early steps of design and pattern making before setting up a full make on demand production chain in the United Kingdom. This lowers the barriers for entry for new brands, significantly reduces sample and production lead times and eliminates the need for warehousing and inventory checks. This allows brands to: offer late stage customisation, focus more time on marketing and invest more resources in making data-driven design decisions.
I would be more than happy to bring the make-on-demand supply chain to businesses in the Future Fashion Factory network. Any partnership would potentially be a fantastic catalyst for significant change in the industry.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: I would love to expand the make on demand network to service more brands throughout the UK and beyond. This would involve winning new customers and onboarding more “seamsters” and skilled garment makers throughout the country to match the capacity demands of each customer. It has great potential to scale and make a big difference in how brands get their clothes made.
- What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: I am very interested in working on projects involving smart, sustainable supply chains, datadriven design, late stage customisation, the expansion of the 'circular economy' and technical fabrics.
