I am interested in connecting cultures through craft through both in the UK and by working globally, as well as in maintaining conversations around textiles and design .

I am interested in how textiles has scope for play and escapism and am focused on preserving and protecting the UK textiles industry, demonstrating how we can work globally and in partnership with other craftspeople and artisans.

• What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: To work with conservation ideas working with local people to create artworks/ collections. The funds made from selling the product will go back to communities, preserving conservation areas, populations and wildlife. The idea is to connect through crafts, always having a conversation between cultures through textiles, always with the idea of play as the focus for the projects.
